WSI Transfers

Airport shuttle services for WSI and Sydney Airport

Planned shuttle runs for hotels, conferences, events, airline and work crews, moving people between the airports and where they need to be.

Shuttles built around your schedule

A shuttle is different from a single transfer. Instead of one pick-up and one drop-off, we run a series of trips through the day, timed around flight banks, check-in times, shift changes or conference sessions. You tell us the pattern, and we plan the vehicles and timing to match.

Common shuttle setups

Hotel and accommodation shuttles. Hotels and serviced apartments around Penrith, Liverpool, Parramatta and the South West can offer guests a regular run to WSI, a simple way to reach their flight without a long taxi queue.

Conference and event shuttles. Delegates arriving over a day or two can be collected in waves and taken to the venue, then returned for their flights home.

Crew and workforce shuttles. Airline crews, construction teams and shift workers often start and finish outside public transport hours. A shuttle keeps the roster moving.

Sports carnivals and tournaments. Teams flying into WSI or Sydney Airport for national events can be moved between the airport, accommodation and venues.

Why use a shuttle at WSI

With the airport running around the clock and the metro still under construction, many trips fall outside the hours of the regular buses. A planned shuttle fills that gap without relying on rideshare availability at 2am.

Questions and answers

Is Western Sydney Airport open 24 hours?
Yes. WSI opened to passengers on 25 October 2026 and operates without a curfew, unlike Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. That means late-night and early-morning flights, at times when public transport is limited, so pre-booked transfers suit these flights well.
Is there a train to Western Sydney Airport?
Not yet. The Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport line between St Marys and Bradfield is still being built and is expected to open in 2027. Until then, the free WSI Link bus runs between St Marys Station and the terminal, and new bus routes connect Penrith, Mount Druitt, Liverpool and Campbelltown.
What size groups do you carry?
We match the vehicle to your group and luggage, from small groups through to full coach loads. Tell us how many passengers and bags you have when you ask for a quote, and we will recommend the right vehicle.
How do I get a price?
Use our online quote form. Every quote is prepared by our own team and sent in writing, with the vehicle matched to your passengers and luggage. We do not publish fixed prices because every trip is different.
