Western Sydney International Airport transfers
Door-to-door transfers to and from WSI at Luddenham, for groups of every size, at any hour the airport is open.
A new airport with new travel habits
Western Sydney International (WSI) opened to passengers on 25 October 2026, with Jetstar operating the first departure to the Gold Coast. More airlines are adding domestic, trans-Tasman and long-haul services over the coming months. The airport has no curfew, so expect red-eye departures and early-morning arrivals that fall outside normal public transport hours.
The terminal is at 40 Nancy Drive, Luddenham. By road, it is reached via the toll-free M12 Motorway, which connects to the M7 at Cecil Hills, and from The Northern Road and Elizabeth Drive.
Why pre-book a WSI transfer
Public transport is still catching up. Until the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport line opens, rail travellers change at St Marys onto the free WSI Link bus. Bus routes from Penrith, Mount Druitt, Liverpool and Campbelltown run roughly every 30 minutes, generally between 5am and 10pm. Outside those hours, or with a group and luggage, a private transfer is far simpler.
Groups travel together. One vehicle, one pick-up time, one driver who knows where you are going. No splitting the group across several rideshares and hoping everyone arrives at once.
Timing is planned around your flight. Give us your flight number, terminal time and passenger numbers, and we will set a pick-up time that leaves room for check-in, bag drop and security.
Where we pick up and drop off
We collect from homes, hotels, offices, schools, cruise terminals and event venues across Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Illawarra and Southern Highlands, and run longer transfers to Newcastle and Canberra. At the airport, your meeting point is confirmed with your booking.
Inbound arrivals
Landing at WSI with a tour group, sports team or conference delegation? We plan around your scheduled arrival and confirm the meeting point in writing, so your group is not left standing around after a long flight.
