What we collect
When you send an enquiry, ask for a quote or make a booking, we collect the details needed to provide the service. That includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight details, passenger numbers and any notes you add, such as accessibility needs.
How we use it
We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, take and manage bookings, contact you about your trip and send invoices. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share details only as needed to run your trip, for example with the driver allocated to your service, or with our booking and email systems. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Our booking system
Our enquiry, quote and booking forms are provided through our secure online booking system. Information you enter there is stored on servers in Australia.
Maps and website tools
Some pages show Google Maps embeds. Google may collect technical information when a map loads, under its own privacy policy. Our website does not use advertising cookies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you through our contact form.
